Do you listen to podcasts? Kendall got me hooked on them and now I love listening to them while I'm doing a mindless task like walking, folding laundry, or working on a project that doesn't require a ton of concentration. Here are 3 of my favorite design centered podcasts that I'm listening to and learning from right now.
1. The Chris Loves Julia Podast
I've shared my love for the Chris Loves Julia Blog on here and Instagram before, but they've recently started their own podcast with their good friend Preston Pugmire (how great is that last name by the way?)
The chemistry between the three is so fun and often times funny and they have so much great design and renovating insight to share whether you're just starting out on your design/renovating journey or are newbies like us.
2. Young House Love Has a Podcast
John and Sherry are the go to source if you want information on how to tackle a project in your home. They've tackled all sorts of projects and renovations in the three different homes they've lived in and have a wealth of knowledge to share. They're energetic and a ton of fun to listen to. What I love most about The Chris Loves Julia Podcast and Young House Love Has A Podcast is that both couples really had no home DIY knowledge until they started working on their own homes. It gives me hope for us! Ha!
Designer Amy Devers and Jaime Derringer of Design Milk host this podcast that interviews not only interior designers but also designers of objects that you might use on an everyday basis or that your kids might play with. I love getting a peek inside these successful designers' minds and routines and gettting to hear a little more candid side of them that you may not get to hear otherwise.
Are there any design related podcasts that you know of or listen to? Please share them! I'm always on the lookout for more!
